About ‘MYLC’

‘MYLC’ stands for “Making Your Life Count.” We’re a small team that’s all about making a big impact for God.

Our core site, www.makingyourlifecount.org, offers you simple, practical and powerful ways to help you make your life count. There are four main elements:

First, WALK with God.

Second, PRAY for God’s supernatural involvement.

Third, CARE for others.

Fourth, SHARE what God has shown you.

By visiting our core site, you will find a wide range of devotionals and content related to a number of different circumstances you may be facing.

This site will be where we share additional thoughts and resources related to Making Your Life Count.

Our Team:

  • Paul Konstanski – His work as a project specialist with Cru has given him wide-spread exposure to a variety of approaches in ministry in many different settings.  These experiences, combined with his unique blend of administrative skills and creativity have often helped him lead people to think “outside the box” yet in a way that is tied to practical application and getting things done.  He has a degree in Leadership Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota, has been a lifelong learner of new technologies, and has always been an advocate of the key principles called the “lean start-up.”
  • Jaime Chambers –Her passion is to connect people and ministries with like purposes so that they can become more effective. She knows that bringing the talents and gifts of people together will enable their work to develop a synergy that will lead to exponential growth. She also believes that everyone should have the opportunity to engage with the Word of God in the way they best understand- especially children.  Jaime’s desire is to use her gifts to assist in developing practices and strategies that will multiply the Kingdom! Zach Bouchie
  • Zach Bouchie – His education in finance and sustainability give him the ability to learn technical skills that will aid his pursuit of his passion in sustainability. He has worked hard to hone his Microsoft Excel skills, and he enjoys working with data that he can manipulate and present to find different perspectives and solutions. His role as a Resident Assistant provided a leadership role where he acted as an authority figure to 100 freshmen in a dorm that held 1,200 freshmen. He continues to seek experiences that will strengthen his current abilities or provide opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Andrea Hill – While she is studying the more math/ tech-leaning finance, some of her other passions lie within the arts- specifically, painting and photography. Her dream is to one day find a way to combine these two things- she’s not sure exactly what that might look like, but hopefully, someday she will get there! Eventually, she wants to either be working abroad in Spain or South America or work as an independent financial planner. Or, by God’s grace, she will have found a niche in combining business and the arts.
  • Ben Rich – His enthusiasm to learn new things drives him to succeed in many different areas. He has a passion for technology and is working on developing coding skills that will give him the ability to thrive in the fast-paced industry. He likes adaptable workspaces where any given day could lead to new opportunities and new opportunities to learn. His experience with coding in HTML and CSS is past most of those his age. He also has some experience in other languages like React, JavaScript, and Java. He is pursuing a degree in Informatics and is always on the lookout for new opportunities to gain more experience in the field of technology.
  • Gretchen Vicars – She’s been doing her best to figure out her strengths and gifts the last couple of years. She has taken several classes in many areas and loves the variety. She just recently landed on a management major to hopefully aid her in whatever direction God wants her to go. This career hasn’t become clear just yet, but that is all part of the adventure. Her main goal seems to be centered around loving people, whether that leads to ministry, a business, having a family, or maybe something that hasn’t been explored yet.
